Seymour’s location in the heart of Victoria enables Seymour to be a gateway to the best Victoria has to offer.


Set at the base of the Tallarook ranges, Tallarook is the starting point of the Great Victoria Rail Trail, it also has a monthly Farmers Market where you can experience some local produce. If you are travelling through Friday to Sunday be sure to drop into the popular local cafe Hock the Ruby.



Located between Seymour and Euroa, it offers a monthly Farmers Market, historic buildings and the Avenel Maze. It is also where Ned Kelly spent some of his childhood and his father is buried in the local Cemetery


Only 5 minutes from Seymour the National Trust awarded Trawool Valley is recognised for its importance as a scenic, geological and cultural site, and for its great diversity of flora and fauna. For this reason it is the perfect destination to enjoy outdoor pursuits.


A picturesque area, perfect for high tea served at the historic Flowerdale estate and enjoying a country drive with uninterpreted views toward Melbourne’s Yarra Valley.


Strath Creek

An untouched part of Victoria perfect for exploring Mount Disappointment, Strath Creek falls and taking in the magnificent views from Murchison Gap.


Tooborac is most well known for the Tooborac Hotel and Brewery which produces local craft beer, unique to a region which is more well known for its wine production.


Nagambie Lakes is a vibrant country town with many water sports taking place on the lake during the summer, with two monthly markets also with great access to local wineries with cellar doors.
